Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours of Booking: If you decide to cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours, you will receive a full refund without any cancellation fees. This flexibility provides you with peace of mind when adjusting your travel plans.

After 24 Hours of Booking: Cancellations made beyond the initial 24-hour period are governed by the airline's specific policies. Since Vactrip operates as a third-party service, we adhere to the airline's regulations regarding cancellations and refunds. Please remember that a full refund cannot be assured, as it depends on the airline's conditions.

How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please call our customer service team. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests sent through email, but a phone call guarantees prompt assistance.

No-Show Policy: No refunds or fee waivers will be granted if you miss your flight without prior cancellation. Timely arrival is crucial to ensure you retain the value of your ticket.

Refund Policy

Refund Process: As a third-party booking service, your refund will be processed by the airline's policies. Vactrip does not issue refunds directly, but we will help you navigate the necessary steps with the airline.

Refund Timing: Generally, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. However, depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account. In rare cases, this process can extend to 60-90 days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank account used for the payment. Unfortunately, we cannot send refunds to different accounts or use different payment methods.

Service Fees: Our service fees are non-refundable, except when cancellations occur within 2 hours of booking. Please review all terms carefully to avoid any unforeseen charges.
